We were pleased to host the BS4INNO – Business Succession for Innovation Train the Trainers Event in Pistoia and Montecatini Terme, Tuscany, from 6 to 8 July.

The three-day event brought together master trainers and project partners to prepare for the delivery of the BS4INNO training programme across participating countries. It also created space to exchange experiences, strengthen cooperation and connect the project’s work with local institutional and business perspectives. 

The programme combined presentations, practical activities and collaborative sessions. Participants explored the BS4INNO learning environment, discussed approaches for national implementation, learner engagement and support, and reflected on assessment, digital credentials and quality improvement. 

An important part of the event was the connection with the local context. Activities in Pistoia and Montecatini Terme offered participants the opportunity to engage with local public authorities and business representatives, linking the project’s European objectives with the needs of SMEs and business succession ecosystems. 

For  Skillman.eu, the event represented an important step in supporting the preparation of trainers and the future implementation of the BS4INNO learning pathway through the learn.skillman.eu platform.

 This Erasmus+ KA220-VET initiative aims to strengthen the skills of professionals supporting business succession and to help SMEs manage transition processes through innovative training, digital tools and European cooperation.
