Massimo Temussi is the Director of the Regional Programming Center of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia since January 2022 where he also carries out the role of Managing Authority of the ERDF regional program. He is leading many of the most successful Sardinian policy programs supporting entrepreneurship, innovation and research with collaborations in the Silicon Valley and South Korea.

He previously managed ATS Sardegna (Regional health protection Entity), as Managing Director, in the period of maximum pandemic emergency until the end of 2021. 

He was Managing Director of the Sardinian Agency for Active Labour Policies (ASPAL) from 2014 until 2020 where he led the reform of the Public Employment Services (PES) in Sardinia, focused on launching a new operational model for regional PES. Under his management, ASPAL has activated collaborations, at the national and international level, with the aim to exchange best practices and innovative employment policies. 

From 2011 until 2013, Mr. Temussi has been General Director of the Regional Councillorship for Labour, Vocational Training, Cooperation and Social Security and Managing Authority for the Sardinian ESF Operational Program 2007-2013.

In 2010, he was appointed General Director of the Sardinian Councillorship for Hygiene and Health. Prior to that, he held several management positions at the Regional Health Authorities as Administrative Director and Financial Manager.
