ATG Training was established more than 50 years ago, founded by a group of engineering companies with the sole objective of delivering a broad suite of commercial courses and apprenticeship training in engineering and cycle maintenance.
In 2016, ATG Training was taken over by Activate Learning. Activate Learning is a pioneering educational group with a global reach. From a single FE college, it has evolved into an international group including secondary, further and higher education, apprenticeships, workforce training, consultancy and commercial business training.
In May 2018, ATG Training moved from its long-time base in Aylesbury to a new, purpose-built workshop in Oxford. This is part of a new £8 million campus shared with City of Oxford College and Activate Apprenticeships that has been created to provide a specialist hub for the teaching of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM), including a state-of-the-art cycles training workshop.
ATG Training engineering apprenticeships are now run by Activate Apprenticeships – see their page for more information.
This website continues to offer all the information you need for commercial cycle maintenance courses and cycle maintenance apprenticeships only.
