Highland CDS is an official social enterprise located in the north of Vietnam which is established under Vietnam Enterprise Law and operate as a commercial organization but must commit to investing at least 51% of annual profit in registered social or environmental goals. Highland CDS social enterprise commits to reinvest the entire profit generated to improve sustainable livelihood for local ethnic minority youth and local indigenous knowledge conservation.

With a deep belief that education is fundamental to human progress, enabling individuals and communities to acquire skills and knowledge, essential for improving their quality of life. But for disadvantaged youth their access to education is limited.
Highland CDS’s vocational training aims to help disadvantaged hill tribe youth, enabling these disadvantaged hill-tribe teenagers to acquire skills, knowledge essential for improving their quality of life and stay on human dignity. Realizing more of their potential and enjoy expanded capabilities to address their problems. Every year, we enable 30 disadvantaged hill tribe youth to acquire working and life skills and essential knowledge for improving their quality of life.
