  • Established in 2010 in Norway; we are and independent, a democratic, a humanitarian and a non-profit organization, highly passionate about youth education; changing lives makes us happy! We truly believe in that transformative power of non-formal education and its ability to simplify the way we teach, learn, perform and elevate experiences.

    To achieve our educational goals, we have set-up learning methods that aim at providing educational experience: Active learning; Game-based learning; Problem-based learning; Collaborative learning; Experiential learning and Self-directed learning, that meet learners needs through their related learning activities: Content focus and interaction learning activities: Theoretical presentation; Interactivity focus learning activities: Group assignments; Critical thinking learning activities: Response to group assignments); Problem-solving learning activities: Simulation, case study); Reflection learning activities: Self-assessment, and Production learning activities: Follow-up activities.

    At a regular basis, we work with both adults and young people whose social, cultural, immigrant “such as refugees”, gender and economic backgrounds frustrate them, and thereby, hindering their healthy personal development, potential, creativity and their relationships; both socially and culturally. It has become difficult to lead, instruct, inspire and work with those who suffer these difficulties, since they lack equal opportunities that leads to a lack of self-confidence as they are not socially and inclusively integrated in the society.
