PLAyful Transformations towards INnovative company cultures

With the support of the Skillman Network, the D2i – Design to innovate, drives a group of Universities, enterprises, research centres, business representative and NGO from Denmark, France, Spain, Lithuania and Italy to address two contemporary challenges:

• the need for enterprises to encourages creativity and innovation,
• the need to foster graduates from creative disciplines to fully utilize their potential to transform the company’s culture.

PLATIN develops an instrument to aid companies and universities in co-creating a cultural transformation through the principles of play. The instrument can be described as a new type of internship that challenges the typical assignment-focused internship and facilitates a transformation towards a more innovative culture.

The transformation process is supported by collaboratively redesigning the work environment, in order to nudge employees towards new behaviours.
