The SDGs ask for a more sustainable, inclusive and equal word, for both the respect of the environment and a better life for everyone.The Skillman platform works to joint actions that help to address fragility and promote ownership of shared values, equity, gender equality and non-discrimination, social inclusion and integration of people with special needs/fewer opportunities, both for active citizenship and placement, implementing the principles of the “2019 Skillman Florence declaration”. As regards green transformation, our network assumes the greening of the human capital a key process for more inclusive societies. In this context, youngsters represent a vulnerable group, with the need for guarantees for decent work and quality life.
