This survey is part of a doctoral research project aimed at mapping approaches to quality assurance and evaluation in career guidance services delivered by a variety of institutions. These include schools, universities, training centres, education and training providers, employment services, companies, and other relevant stakeholders. The goal is to understand how these mechanisms function in their specific contexts.
The findings of the survey will be published by the end of 2025, complemented by a literature review and insights from comprehensive project-based research due by mid-2025. This research is being conducted as part of a Doctoral Programme in Education and ICT (e-Learning) at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
Any activity concerned with assessment, following a logic of continuous improvement through ongoing analysis of performance, identification of opportunities, and the implementation of incremental changes to processes, products, and people.
The survey consists of five sections:
Profile of the respondent and their institution
Quality assurance strategies and evaluation activities at institutional level
Organisation of quality assurance management and control
National context
Consent and permissions for the next stages of the research
All data collected will be presented in aggregate form. Individual responses will remain strictly anonymous and untraceable.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The deadline for submission is 30 April 2025.
