Anita’s role at Lander includes supporting the company to improve their HR, Development and Health and Safety functions, introducing up to date processes and procedures. Anita has introduced a large Apprenticeship programme which has been winning awards from January 2017. It is now a Regional UK winner at the NAS Apprenticeship Awards. Lander are now in the National finals next year. Anita has also played a role in developing the business strategy, and the Company has continued to achieve awards this year linked to Training, Development, Leadership and Strategy.

One of Anita’s aims is to help develop any organisation to achieve excellence and whose ethos supports and drives personal and professional development to achieve organisational goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Her biggest ambition is to support and drive the organisation she is working with to be in and stay in the Best top 100 Companies/Organisations to work for in the UK and be a leader in best practice.
