As Director of Sales for BMet’s locations across Birmingham and the Black Country, Rebecca is responsible for developing and growing BMet’s apprenticeship provision, ensuring that it provides the right skills to meet the needs of local and national employers.

She has represented the further education sector for the last five years, providing training solutions for employers to match their training and development needs and boosting workforce skills.

She is a member of the non-executive board for Business in the Community.
