The Skillman call to grant piloting training activities in automotive sector targeted at European students between 18-30 years old was a huge success. The applications received are almost 50 and come from 16 different European countries.
Most of the applicants have already completed the cycle of higher education while just a few of them are attending the last year of high school. Among their competencies are the management of complex technical or professional activities, self-management and problem-solving.
A selection process based on qualifications, profit merit and level of English proficiency will be needed in order to assign the 24 places available.
The selected students will attend a 3-day intensive training course on ‘Industry & Production 4.0 Manager’ in the Automotive sector. The program includes units of learning on the planning of ICT Solutions and Technology Trend Monitoring as well as a special overview on advanced manufacturing in automotive production industry with a visit to the Fiat Research Centre Laboratory in Turin.
The piloting comprises also special sessions on Interpersonal Skills and Relationship management and day trips at some of the most interesting cities of Tuscany.
